1 romaine lettuce or similar
1 handful of Craisins® dried cranberries
1 handful of pecan nuts
1 handful of fresh grapes or raisins
1 piece Roquefort or other blue cheese
Dressing:
Olive oil
1 drizzle balsamic vinegar
Salt
Pepper
1. Soak the raisins in a bowl (if using them).
2. Gently wash the lettuce, chop it and place in a bowl.
3. Add the Craisins® dried cranberries, the halved pecan nuts, the grapes or raisins and the diced Roquefort.
4. Prepare the vinaigrette in a bowl.
5. Toss together and serve.
