Craisins® Dried Cranberries Oat Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 130g gluten free oats
  • 40g peanut butter
  • 6ml maple syrup
  • 60g ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of salt
  • 30g vegan chocolate chips
  • 6g vanilla extract
  • 30g Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.

Using your hands, mix and form into balls. It may be easiest to do this after chilling the mixture for a bit.

Arrange energy balls on a baking sheet and freeze until set (about 1 hour).
